The lathes rotates at full speed, the arc light in the structural parts workshop flickers, and the crane crown block runs in an interlaced way... In the cold winter, there is a busy scene in the NHI factory area.

Since this year, relying on domestic key projects and overseas emerging markets, NHI has continuously expanded the coverage of domestic and foreign main business products, played a "double cycle" development combination punch at home and abroad, and gradually expanded the "circle of friends" for high-quality development of enterprises.

In the assembly workshop of NHI, 770 tons of spare parts are neatly placed on the ground. They will be assembled into three sets of products for the shear line equipment construction of a new plate rolling mill project. This kind of industrial "scissors" made for the steel industry is called shearing machine. Shear machine has long manufacturing cycle, high processing accuracy and great assembly difficulty. Only by keeping improving the product quality can it be favored by users.

"The shearing of medium and thick plates requires very high equipment quality and manufacturing accuracy. Our shearing machine adopts a three-axis and three eccentric structure, and the shearing track overlap is basically kept at about 4 to 5 mm, which can ensure high shearing notch quality and equipment accuracy." The person in charge of the project introduced that in order to achieve such accuracy, the contact rate between the crankshaft of the shear and the tile surface should reach more than 80%, which requires experienced technicians to scrape and grind manually. Each scraping and grinding is like peeling a raw egg. Each knife should ensure that the high points are removed properly. After a long time of patient grinding, the equipment can operate stably and accurately. At present, there are only three to four domestic enterprises that can master all the technologies of the design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the shear, NHI is one of them.

In another part of the plant area, several large steel beams are being welded. Recently NHI successfully won the bid for the cogeneration project of High Performance Paper based New Material Industrial Park in Sanjiangkou New Area, Guangxi, and will produce two sets of semi-portal scraper reclaimers and one tripper stacker. The span of two semi-portal scraper reclaimers reached 49 meters, creating a new record for the production of the largest semi-portal scraper reclaimer by NHI, with the total contract value exceeding 10 million yuan. The signing of the project contract also marks a breakthrough in the new application field of bulk material handling products of NHI.

While trying to integrate into the domestic economic cycle, NHI has been expanding its overseas markets. On December 1st , NHI won ten million order from the international market, and the two mills will serve the Zambia copper mine project. φ5.5×3.8m wet SAG mill and φ3.8×6.6m overflow ball mill are the traditional superior products of NHI, and its production process is mature and advanced. In order to meet the needs of overseas owners' projects, NHI dispatched professional technical teams to keep on standby 24 hours a day, communicate with the owners at any time, and improve the automation level of the two products through multiple means, effectively saving time and labor costs.

At the same time of taking the initiative to attack overseas markets, NHI also completed the international market layout in mining, metallurgy, ports, bulk material transportation and other fields by means of "borrowing ships to go to sea" Φ7.0×4.2m wet SAG mill and Φ4.5×6.0m overflow ball mill project has entered the Russian market again.

In recent years, NHI has shed the burden of mixed ownership reform and embarked on the campaign with light load. The enterprise has been developing well year by year, and has gradually been recognized by users at home and abroad. "China has a large market space, so we need to meet the needs of transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry through continuous innovation of products. The overseas market is the stage for us to show that we are made in China, and we will certainly be able to bring more and more Chinese equipment to the world."
