(hereinafter referred to as "NHI") was already a busy scene: a large truck loaded with white cylinders started slowly and drove out of the plant, while another truck that had been waiting outside flexibly backed in. "This is the third truck loaded today, and there are two trucks behind it. How many years have we not seen such a scene!" Zhang Jian, the workshop director of the Heavy Assembly Branch of NHI, said with a smile, "The enterprise is developing better and better. In addition, an oath-taking mobilization rally has just been held, which has mobilized everyone's enthusiasm."

Zhang Jian said the "oath-taking mobilization rally" was held on October 30 to inspire, call on and mobilize everyone to work together around the near-term and long-term development goals of the enterprise. At the meeting, more than 400 people, including the company's management and core members of business, solemnly promised to all employees that they would resolutely complete the phased tasks in 2022 and lay a solid foundation for a good start to economic development in 2023.

It's the first time we've met" After the oath-taking mobilization rally, the senior executives and middle managers of the company took turns to the front line workshop to have a discussion, exchange the industry development trend and enterprise development situation with the grass-roots employees, and explain in detail the current and recent development goals, tasks, and significance of struggle of NHI to the employees, which has received warm response from the majority of employees.

Since November 1st, NHI has deployed personnel to carry out a "tough battle" for several focused projects. They will not stop working and work overtime to sprint toward the annual task goals. Among many focused projects, the 13  sets of spiral vertical mills of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. are a hard nut to crack.

"This product is quite different from the spiral vertical mill previously produced. Although they are the same model, because of the upgraded process, a lot of assembly has been increased. The tapping task of each product alone has increased by more than 100, and the tap consumption is more than twice that of the previous product." After carefully analyzing the different requirements of new and old products, Cheng Junren, the foreman of the assembly workshop, has been leading the team to fight in the front line of production for several days. He said: "We are now taking the shift mode of" 8 to 8 ", that is, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the day shift, and from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. on the night shift. We do not stop working all day, so as to make every effort to ensure that this batch of spiral vertical mills can be completed with high quality and efficiency and can be delivered smoothly."

At the production site, Ai Siwen, the head of the crane shift of the assembly workshop that controls the crane, and Cheng Junren cooperated with each other, and their work efficiency was extremely high. Cheng Junren smiled and said, "Can we not get along with each other? She is my wife. We have worked together for many years." Aisiwen, who is petite but with a huge energy in her heart. She said confidently, "We have the same goal now, we should fight  and work well to ensure the quality and quantity of this batch of goods. Not only we, but also the whole team and the whole company, as long as everyone thinks and works hard together, there is nothing that can not be done."

The assembly inspection is an important process link in the assembly process, which is crucial to ensure the high quality production of products. "Because of the new design concept, this batch of products has increased the difficulty of assembly in many details. All relevant accessories need to be trial assembled in the factory and marked to ensure that the on-site installation can meet the design requirements. The trial assembly time in the factory is tight and the task is heavy, and the colleagues in the relevant process have made adequate preparations." According to Liu Pan, a technician from the Technology and Quality Department of the Heavy Assembly Branch, we have already understood the assembly difficulties and made relevant organizational arrangements.
