In order to improve the production efficiency and meet the production demand, NHI transformed and improved the product assembly line, introduced automatic assembly units, standardized the assembly sequence and assembly time, and "liberated" the hands of employees to improve the production efficiency and product quality at the same time.

In the process of Changan Automobile's certain project, a small batch of road tests appeared the steering column control force feeling is not good.  After receiving the feedback, NHI appointed a specialist to arrive at the site of Changan Automobile road test in less than 10 hours for debugging.  Through investigation and parameter adjustment, the problem was solved. The positive working attitude of NHI bought time for the delivery of new models of Changan Automobile, which was highly recognized by customers.

Recently, NHI has passed the quality system audit of Nissan, Ford, Geely, Great Wall and Yutong and become a potential supplier.  As the supply market gradually expanded, customer demand for quality operation system is becoming more and more high, to meet customer demand, NHI has established quality management improve the overall objectives and requirements, improve supplier management, tooling and cutting tool management, change management and warehouse management ability, comprehensive build up new car to product quality management system.
