The Party committee of NHI responded to the call, 1476 party members actively responded to the call, more than 70 party members and leading cadres stuck to their posts and commanded ahead. They organized all employees to devote themselves in snow and ice removal with a high sense of political responsibility at the first time, so as to make the party flag fly high in the front line of snowstorm fighting.

The Party Committee of NHI gave full play of the fighting fortress role of grass-roots party organizations and the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, and raised bright red "flags" in the vast snow. At the same time, Fangda Group NHI model worker volunteer service team also came to the terminal of Shenyang Metro Line 1 near the NHI factory area at the first time after the snowstorm to remove the snow and residual ice on the sidewalks and blind roads, assist passing vehicles to avoid pits and help pushing cars, so as to ensure the travel safety of people. Model worker Mr. Li Hualong gave up the rest time of the second shift. He was not afraid of the snow and the road was difficult. He took the subway to his unit to participate in voluntary activities. The road closure by snowstorm has brought inconvenience to the traffic in the plant area, and the logistics transportation vehicles has been seriously affected. Under the leadership of all grass-roots party organizations, all employees of the company are charged by Party members, bravely shoulder the heavy burden, face the cold wind and step on the snow, cooperate with mechanized snow removal and manual snow removal, unite and cooperate, defy the severe cold, and quickly remove the snow in the plant. Through the joint efforts of all staff, the main roads in the plant area are all unobstructed, creating favorable conditions for the normal development of production and operation.

NHI is located in Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The plant covers an area of about 1.4 million square meters. Mechanized snow removal is the main means of snow removal. Five comrades of the storage and transportation center were ordered to start a forklift to carry out mechanized snow removal in the plant. In order to improve efficiency, they worked day and night for 2 days and 2 nights, which greatly alleviated the snow removal pressure in the plant.
