It is reported that the efficiency and power factor of the permanent magnet direct drive ball mill is much higher than that of the ball mill of the same specification. At the same time, it can realize low speed and high torque direct drive operation, which can greatly reduce the cost. Moreover, the imported reducer is the longest part of the whole product production cycle. By removing the reducer link by direct drive, the manufacturing period can be greatly shortened, and it is also conducive to the installation of the construction site. The simplified transmission system structure is more convenient for daily maintenance and can effectively reduce operating costs.

It is understood that according to the ball mill 330 days/year working system calculation, the permanent magnet direct drive technology can save 1 million degrees of electricity a year and annual cost savings of about 500,000 yuan. Therefore, the development and application of new energy-saving permanent magnet direct drive ball mill is in line with the national policy guidance for meeting the market demand. While improving the innovation of mill technology and enterprise competitiveness, leading the industry to the direction of green energy saving with high-end technology, further improving the economic benefits of China's mineral processing industry.
