Travelling more than 2,000 kilometers and across more than ten provinces and cities, the first fleet of Tunnel Boring Machine（TBM）in Taizhou TBM project produced by Fangda Group NHI slowly drove out of Taizhou express-way intersection under the escort of Department of Taizhou Branch of Expressway Traffic Police of Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department and Taizhou Highway Administration Bureau Highway Administration No. One Team.

Strengthen Production Scheduling and Organize Effective Production

From the beginning of the company restructure, the basic wage of employees below the middle level was increased by 50%, by the principle of "Create and Share, More Work and More Pay", the monthly income of ordinary employees was over than 10,000 yuan. Moreover, by the end of last year, large red envelopes had been handed out to fully-employed staff and retirees. In order to catch up with the progress schedule and ensure the delivery date, NHI promoted the production of key projects and products in an orderly manner by focusing on epidemic prevention and control on the one hand, and the production and operation on the other. Since the beginning of this year, to ensure the timely delivery for the following projects, including Benxi Dongfang Sanjiazi spiral vertical coal mill, Shiheng Special Steel mixer, Taizhou tunnel boring machine, Anhui Conch stacker & reclaimer, Beiben Truck, Shenyang Metro, Fangda Carbon pressing machine nozzle-type spare parts, Lingyuan Steel ring cooler and others, NHI Producing Directing Center meticulously planned, organized and scheduled the manufacture. The front-line employees took the initiative to give up vacations. Everyone was working hard for the development of the company. Nowadays, restored its vigor and vitality, NHI has been back to people's horizon with a brand new look.

Abide By Commitments To Ensure Delivery On Time

In order to actively respond to the call of “one hundred days of hard work to reduce the overall cost” from Fangda Group,  to reduce logistics and transportation costs and finish the last hurdle before delivery, all cadres and employees of NHI Storage and Transportation Center never feared the high temperature and heat and worked overtime to ensure deliver the finished products on schedule.With their high enthusiasm and morale, they coordinated with various departments to work out the overall plan, endeavored in pragmatic way and made concerted efforts to promote the development of NHI to a new level.

As of the end of July, the Storage and Transportation Center has organized and completed the delivery work of finished goods such as Taizhou tunnel boring machine project of China Railway No.9 Group Co., Ltd No.7 Engineering Co., Ltd, the ring cooler and sintering machine project of Lingyuan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., and the Japan Iron project of Shanghai Luyu Industrial Co., Ltd etc. The total shipment of finished products in July has reached a new high record.

Taizhou Traffic Police and Highways All Gave A Helping Hand

On August 13, the first set of Tunnel Boring Machine（TBM）in Taizhou TBM project of China Railway No.9 Group Co., Ltd No.7 Engineering Co., Ltd contracted by NHI has arrived in Taizhou successfully. Mr. Zhao Qiang, the director of the NHI Storage and Transportation Center, presented a pennant to the Taizhou Branch of Expressway Traffic Police of Zhejiang Provincial Public Security Department and Taizhou Highway Administration Bureau Highway Administration No. 1 Team on behalf of NHI Company. It was grateful for their warm and considerate service and strong support for enterprise development.

It was learned that the first set of Taizhou Tunnel Boring Machine（TBM）has been successively delivered with a total of 29 vehicles and a weight of more than 1200 tons. As the key project of NHI, the project has been highly valued by NHI top manangerment. In order to boost the development and construction of Taizhou urban areas, the Taizhou Detachment and Taizhou Highway Administration departments were sympathetic to the needs of the people, fully combined with local highway situation, took the initiative to solve the practical difficulties and problems faced by enterprises, and spared no efforts to ensure "The Pillars of A Great Power "successfully arrived in Taizhou.

The tunnel boring machine arrived at the construction site smoothly and safely, which marked that Fangda Group NHI has once again overcame the difficulties in procurement, production and manufacturing during the epidemic.
