As there were many site construction units with a lot of chaos at the site, for the timely unloading of the equipment arrival at the site, they mobilized everyone to clean up the site in time, ensuring the working conditions. In seizing short duration of construction, they started work in advance every day, often gave up the break time at noon, continued to study the follow-up construction scheme, and insisted on finishing the work of the day in the evening, and then considered the task of the next day in advance.

        In the installation process, for the workpiece with slope requirements, the user required to use the bed mortar method. In order to meet the needs of users, they led the team members to use their spare time in the evening to learn the construction methods.
