MGS double inlet and double outlet coal mill is a new type of coal mill independently developed by our company on the basis of introducing the design, process, inspection and test technology of French BBD coal mill and American D-type coal mill. It has advanced structure, stable performance, complete functions, and reliable operation. It has a total of 9 series of specifications and has been equipped with 200～1000MW thermal power units.
MGS Coal Mill adopts electric ear differential pressure dual control system. The electric ear controls the coal level of coal mill, and the differential pressure controls the coal level of coal mill. This type of coal mill can easily realize automatic height control; The spiral twisted cage type forced feeding structure has good adaptability to the raw coal with large particle size, high moisture content and strong viscosity, and the ability to prevent coal plugging is superior to all other feeding structures; The unique bypass air pre drying + hot air introduction system in front of separator has good raw coal pre drying performance and low temperature hot air powder conveying function, and the system has high explosion-proof safety; The big gear drive is designed according to the latest international ISO6336 (C method) open gear design standard, and inspected and accepted according to ISO1328 standard; According to the user's needs, the traditional split type big gear can be used, or the segmented type big gear can be used; The main bearing adopts advanced structures such as high and low pressure combined lubrication, double curved rocker type centering structure, piston ring seal, built-in coil cooling, temperature measuring resistance under the bearing pad, which can fully ensure the safe operation of the bearing pad; Full hydrostatic lubrication oil station can also be used for main bearing lubrication according to user requirements. This type of bearing is characterized by large oil film thickness, no need to scrape pads during installation, and long service life; The lining plate adopts "equal wear lining plate", the contour shape remains unchanged throughout the wear period, which can ensure that the lifting steel ball capacity remains unchanged, so as to obtain stable output and fineness; There are three types of separators: static separator, dynamic and static separator and axial separator, which can be selected according to user requirements.
