Precast concrete (PC) components automatic production line utilize the mold with high precision and high structural strength, pour concrete inside through automatic machine, after vibration, when the shaking table strength that the component strength is more than 75% of designed strength through steam curing kiln maintenance, then do the production process of the release treatment, the empty mold returns automatically along returned conveying transmission lines, set up clean-up, mold release spray, marking line, the installation of mold side plate and steel truss, testing and other workshop stations on the returned conveying line, form an automatic ring operation, lead the information technology into the construction process, realize the construction organization informatization, workflow scientific, technical management standardization, and use the machine for operation to replace the manual work.
